The media could not be loaded. This Bluetooth tracker has some great features. To star out the packaging and instructions is outstanding. Setting up in the iOS find my app is super easy. I have a bunch of different trackers that work with find my. This is the only one that is designed like a clothing security tag! It can be secured with the included pins discreetly inside clothing or fabric. It even comes with a magnetic remover an 4 pins! The quality of the tracker is outstanding and has a loop for a key ring if you don’t want to use it inside clothes or a backpack!

This was the perfect solution to keeping track of my boat bag.Not all trackers are waterproof, which can be a problem when you’re out there and the water is splashing in and all over everything.Setup was easy, and it attached to my bag easily.the mounting ring is super handy – it connected perfectly with the zipper pull of my bag.

This uses the Apple Find My app just like an Airbag. This was very easy to setup and use with the app. I can have the app give me the general location of the Utag and even direct me to it (within about 10 feet). I can also have the app tell the Utag to beep when I’m close so that I can pinpoint the location.The Utag comes with a security pins for fabric like you would find attached to clothes in a store, and a strong magnet to release the pin. This way, it can be attached to a jacket or similar without concerns of loosing the tag. It also has a small loop that you could feed a keying or similar through for attaching to items that way.Overall: This is a great alternative to the pricier OEM product that seems to function just as well.

This is a standard tracking device which is compatible with the iPhone/iPad devices using the Find-My app. It has standard setup on the app and hitting the play sound causes it to emit a slightly louder beep than most that I’ve reviewed.What I found different and a great reason to buy it was the pins that you can use to attach this device to a shirt, flap on a bag, or any other textile that isn’t too tough. When you stick one of the pins in (it comes with 4), it locks and cannot be removed without damaging the device or using the included magnetic key. It seems to be just a very powerful magnet, and a less powerful magnet doesn’t seem to work, so it’s not something you just grab from a junk drawer as a substitute.I added this one to my trip backpack and it dissapears nicely under a flap with nothing but what appears to be a shiny button or snap visible to the outside world. As it is virtually the same price as nearly all other such devices, I’ll probably be looking to pick up a couple more of these in the near future; one for my duffel, another for my bike bag.

This Utag GPS Tracker is my first experience with this sort of technology. I am going on a cruise with my cousins and I thought this might be a cool way for my husband to track me and our boat.Although my husband and I both have Android phones, he also has an iPad with the FindMy app. The directions were easy to follow and we had the Utag paired with his iPad within a few minutes. I was hoping he’d be able to see where we’d been with a location history option, but as a feature of the FindMy app, he can only see where I am in real time when he has the app open. It’s still pretty marvelous technology!The Utag has a replaceable button battery. It also has an option to attach it through fabric using a magnetic pin system (like anti-theft tags). It was easy to attach to various different fabrics and to remove. I believe it is a good value for the money and an easy way to start keeping track of keys, backpacks, pets, and family members.
