Natascha T. Burnett –
Very good movie. Worth the watch.
Sandy Bland –
Michael Caine is a deep and abiding joy. Good getting to know Aubry Plaza. See great roles ahead for her.
Mary –
Fascinating insights. Understanding of life in the long term. Watch this with an open mind and an open heart and you will learn a lot!
Consumer –
I only rented this film because Michael Caine starred and he still exudes brilliance at 88! Laughs and clever turnaround story trying to unite millennials with older generations.
Dolores –
Its gritty and heart warming …superb ending!
Robert Desmond –
This is a really fun and touching movie. Aubrey Plaza is great, and Michael Caine is awe inspiring. He must be tipping 90 yet he still turns in emotionally vibrant and emotionally truthful performances. He’s always amazing.
Matthew Burris –
Not a wild, crazy movie, but a good one. Its funny seeing Aubrey Plaza as the steady, mature one in a team. Michael Caine is a favorite of mine, and he and Aubrey team well together. A simply enjoyable movie for a nice night.
Desh Rain –
It was edgy, funny, deep, painful, and lovely.Within the first 10-15 minutes, I wasn’t sure it would get as interesting as I’d like, and it did.Very well written, and the cast was on point.
ijiguy –
Good acting from some seasoned actors / actresses. Rare in terms of comedy / acting / plausibility. Publishing house in need of a story goes after a recluse who needs some help.
Amazon Customer –
This movie inspired me as a writer. The whole publishing world and what it’s all about. Plus, it’s a touching story about loss and gain and ultimately friendship.
