Pearl Bolog –
Enjoyable, sad and spellbinding, beginning to end. Some expected and some surprises. Good message; marriage is complicated but with integrity can be accomplished.

A gripping family drama that is addictive from the beginning to the end. The characters are realistic, family values. I so enjoyed this book I read it straight through. I recommend this book as a must read.

I devoured this book. The twisted stories of the family kept me captivated from beginning to end. A great summer read!
Kat –
I loved this book and found it difficult to put down. Jennifer Weiner captures the lives of her characters in exquisite detail and tells a wonderful story. I highly recommend this book.

I loved the way it was written and couldn’t put it down. I read within two days. The closeness of families was great. Made me feel good. Families are crazy fun.
Jennifer Ball-Lindsey –
I cried through the last 30 minutes of this book, but in a good way. This would be a great pool/beach/porch swing read at the end of the summer.
GCY –
I really enjoyed how the characters developed slowly throughout the book. To the very end, as a matter of fact. I don’t want to give anything away, so I will stop there. It was so intriguing.

Family drama at its best. I don’t think I’ll find a better book than this one. A great plot, unexpected twists and a perfect ending. The only way it could be better would be to have a sequel.

I don’t know even where to begin explaining the story but it’s about a family that had a house in the cape and how they enjoyed the children coming there and the grandchildren and how they intertwine and how they screw up their lives And to total surprise for quite awhile And to Figure out their story!!. A true beach read and quite enjoyable!!

Very well written story with no glaring grammatical or spelling. Very well developed story and no plot holes. Explores the complicated relationship between family with compassion and grace. I enjoyed how each chapter was told from a different characters perceptive. But, the story’s characters were from Boston Massachusetts and anyone from Mass knows you drive “Down to the Cape!” ,not up. If you fly into Logan and rent a car you go over the Sagamore Bridge not the Bourne, 😀. These small details are nothing when compared to the usual glaring spelling and grammatical mistakes that have been so prevalent in most of the books on Amazon. But Ms Weiner novels are always well written and very enjoyable..highly recommend
