What a great storyteller! Excellent character development and so many twists. I couldn’t put it down. Looking forward to more stories from this author

I felt like I had a pretty good insight on who the suspect in the book would be and it honestly felt like answers were being dropped left and right with no mystery but then to get to the bare bones of all the twisted connections and triangle! So so good!
Jennifer Ray –
The book had me guessing the entire time ! Lots of twist and turns in this one. Definitely worth the read

It started a little slow, but halfway through got really good. Couldn’t figure out who done it til near the end.

I’m always on the lookout for a new story. Often starting a book but finding my interest does not stick, making me have 2 or 3 books going at once. The summer house was different and held my interest after just a couple pages. I thoroughly enjoyed till the end! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a page turner you hate to see end.

I chose this rating because it was a great book! It was suspenseful and lots of plot twists! I couldn’t put it down and when I did, I couldn’t stop thinking about it!
Blue Eyed Florida Girl –
Many red herrings kept me guessing until the end. This was a very well plotted murder mystery with several characters that were suspicious.

Within a little bit, I told our daughter there were two crazy women who could become a problem. That number increased to three within a little bit. As you went back and forth between childhood memories, guilt, hatred and domination and unhealthy relationships. As the stories unwind and things are discovered, it is a matter of finding out who the mysterious G, long dead Camille’s lover was. The story lead you one way and then another. I figured out who killed Camille about 5 pages before it unfolded in the book. I enjoyed this book very much.

From the gorgeous cover to the very end of this intense story, this author has topped herself. I never talk about other reviews but I read that too many characters were confusing to some. The author has a gift of describing each person in such a way that they stand out and you don’t forget them. Also that their personalities were too unlikable and over the top. I can tell you that Keri Beevis can write about manipulative people, and she was spot on! I know many people like this, except for the murdering part. Ha,ha. I’m not a fast reader, but I couldn’t put this down. The paranoia and twists never stop. I will warn readers that there is sexual violence that will be difficult for some. If you enjoy revenge and if you say you don’t, you’re lying. I guarantee you will never guess the murderer.Read this if you want a non-stop chilling read with a great ending.Highly Recommend! 5-stars!
