I needed a decent quality keyboard for my new pc setup since I was used to using a gaming laptop, so I chose one of the cheapest keyboards with a well known company as my choice. Let me tell you when I plugged this in I knew I was getting a bang for my buck. Not only is the sound very satisfying, but I was getting some crisps shots while using this on Valorant then I did with the keyboard that came with the pc. Well worth the buy and will definitely buy more from them in the future!

I desperately wanted to replace my old keyboard because it was so noisy and loud that it was screwing with my autism and anxiety. Steelseries came in and saved the day a.k.a my sanity with this keyboard. It is very smooth and more importantly, QUIET.It performs very well, it very pleasing to look at with its colorful lights, and types very smoothly. It was very easy to set up and connect. I instantly became a fan of the brand and now I also own a steelseries mouse and controller

I have been using the same Logitech wireless keyboard for somewhere around 12 years. My 8 month old has decided that it is very fun to play with that one. So I was in the market for a much needed upgrade and replacement.PROS: The keys have good travel and are, more importantly, not crazy loud. They do have an soft click to them that is satisfying for use typing or playing games but without the click is dampened to the point that, if you wish to type quietly, this is possible by just not pressing so hard. When you are putting alittle more force into the typing, say something intense is happening in your game, they are audible and clear.The keys and wrist rest are made of a very finely textured soft touch plastic, while the body is made of harder plastic. This offers stiffer construction so the board does not flex at all under normal use, while being easy on the hands to use for extended periods of time.RGB is bright and adjustable via the SteelSeries GG application which will sync the lighting to all SteelSeries devices if you so wish to. I use a Rival 3 mouse which has an illuminated scroll wheel RGB. Colors between the two match perfectly.The media controls are very handy. By default the wheel rolls to change volume and clicks in to mute while the button acts as play/pause. Key brightness can be controlled by pressing the SteelSeries key (located to the left of the right CTRL key and then pressing F11 or F12 for down and up respectively. There are 10 levels of brightness.CONS: It does not have a wireless which is ok but is something to note.The play/pause media button is illuminated and does not change from white.To be expected at this price point the RGB is sectioned equally off to 10 vertical zones.When the backlight is not on they keys are very hard to see.Overall this keyboard checks all the boxes for an all around winner. Soft on the hands. Quality construction. Enough RGB to please everyone but the most extreme RGB heads. Media controls are quick and easy to get to.I will be sending one of these to my buddy who is in need of an upgrade also.

I’ll admit I don’t like the design, but the good qualities of the keyboard have won me over. The keyboard looks like one of the base keyboards for people to customize. The keys and switches are upraised by quite a lot, and I prefer more ergonomic and lower profile keys. However, it does feel like it has good switches and it feels well built.Pros:- The colored lights change color from left to right. Can’t change it, but it is visually pleasing effect.- The switches and keys are upraised, so no need to pull the keys off to clean out dust and fur.- Feels really good to type.- Detachable wrist rest.- Responsive switches.Neither good or bad:- It has strong magnets along the bottom of the keyboard. I haven’t tried to open it up to see if they can be removed. So beware putting sensitive devices near the bottom of the keyboard.- Small keyboard (when the wrist rest is not attached). Useful if you have limited space and/or small hands.- No indented groove between the caps lock key and the A key, so it is easier to accidentally hit the caps lock when using WASD for a game.- Could probably replace the keys with other keys or custom keys.- It isn’t as loud as a mechanical keyboard, but isn’t as quiet as other quiet keyboards I’ve used.Cons:- The symbols of the keys have poor transparency, so even though the lighting is bright it can be hard to see the symbols in the dark.- The matte paint on the keys absorb oils from the hands very well and become discolored within a few hours of use.
