I bought this for my sons room to give him a lamp on his new nightstand and he has been using it for reading before bed. We put an LED bulb in it and the shade really does a nice job of masking the brightness, but it still shines nicely vertically to light the area of the room around his bed.

This small lamp is absolutely perfect for early mornings and late nights. We have ours on a timer so it turns on at dusk and stays on until around 11 pm. Then in the morning it turns on at 5:30 (which is handy as I’m stumbling, half asleep, to start the coffee) and turns off after daylight. It’s a smaller size so doesn’t take up much space and with an LED lightbulb it’s plenty bright enough (as in no stumbling over the dog because he/she just CAN’T allow you to go anywhere without them). I’m seriously thinking of getting a couple more for those dark corners.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t pay attention to the dimensions of the product and I thought it was going to be slightly bigger/taller. I actually prefer it the size that it is as it went on my desk and it’s the perfect size to not take up too much space.The switch on the cord feels sturdy and like good/decent quality and the rest of the product feels as you would expect any other lamp to feel without feeling cheap. I also use a smart light in it so that makes it super nice to set up a routine/schedule or to be able to turn on my lamp from my bed before I get to my desk.I would say my only complaint would be the lamp shade moves super easy and would be nice if you could tighten the shade in the direction that you want so it doesn’t shake and spin if you bump your desk or something. Really not a big deal at all.

Softer light, but PERFECT for a work space, or bedside. We used 1 for bedside, and one behind my monitor in my work space. The photo is to kind of show you how it sits behind my work monitor, and how much light it gives. WOULD ABSOLUTELY buy again.

I purchased 3 of these and installed smart bulbs to set on a timer, add color and dim the brightness. I am using them at night to discourage my mother with dementia from turning on overhead, ceiling lights and leaving them on all night. So far, they are working perfectly. They have a small footprint so can be located almost anywhere and their simple, uncluttered design makes them unobtrusive. My only complaint is with Amazon and not the product. Out of the 3 purchased, I clearly received 2 that had been returned. One was reasonably repacked, but had a small defect in the finish on the front of the base. The other was absolutely shoved back into the box and had a bad kink in the cord because of that. I could have simply returned them for replacement but opted to keep them to reduce waste.

Inexpensive. Puts out a relaxing, nice colored light and was extremely inexpensive. I’ve seen the same in moderately-priced hotels They don’t exactly make a room but they fit in nicely just the same. I bought two and I’m getting another.

I was looking for an inexpensive small simple no-frills lamp that uses regular A19/E26 bulbs for my bedroom. It’s surprising how hard it is to find the intersection of this ven diagram in big box stores. This lamp was perfect- Minimalist design, simple switch, easy to replace bulbs, very small footprint. I paired it with a smart bulb and now I have an amazing dimmable mood lamp for the bedroom with all of the colors of the rainbow.
