About USB Flash Drive

1. For iPhone 15 Series & iPad Pro (USB-C Port)

1) No need to download APP “Y-DISK”

2) Open ‘Files’ app on iOS.

3) Find ‘NoName’ or ‘Untitled’ folder.

4) Choose files to transfer.

5) Move files to iOS device.

2. For iPhone 6-14 & iPad Air users, you need to download an APP “Y-DISK”, which you can search for from the APP store.

(When the phone does not recognize the iphone picture storage stick, please uninstall the “Y-DISK” APP, then restart the phone and manually download the Y-DISK APP from the APP Store)

2. For Android / PC users, our photo stick is plug and play. (Tips: only support Android phones with OTG function)

3. If you used iCloud before, you need to download files to your iPhone/iPad and then copy them to the iphone external storage.

Please Note

1. After using the photo stick, please make sure to turn off the APP related to the iphone flash drive, and then unplug the lightning flash drive gently, so that the files in the thumb drive will not be damaged.

2. The recommended format is “exFAT”. If the jump drive cannot transfer files, you can convert the USB flash drive to “exFAT” format through the computer. (Please save the file before formatting to avoid data loss)

Easy, user friendly storage for iPhone. I bought this to store extra photos on. Once I plugged it in, it prompted to me to download the app. It downloaded quickly and doesn’t require a signup or subscription. Once you allow the app access to your photos, it’s easy to select the photos on your phone and transfer them to the USB.

I am a photographer and I always struggle on waiting times to transfer my photos. It is almost an instant transfer even for big photos and videos. Very fast flash drive and pretty decent quality. One downside is that I wish the app had a better UI but that’s about it.
