I had a failed key on the keyboard. The company quickly shipped out a new keyboard to replace it. Its nice to see good customer service still out there.

This keyboard replaces a previous rainbow-lit keyboard I used for work purposes. The letters and symbols are lit, which I like, and don’t look like they’d wear off, which happened with my previous keyboard, which didn’t have lit keys, just backlight. The keys click loudly – nice if you like that or are not in an office (I work remotely). I’ve only used a few days, but so far so good. Seems like a great value for the price.

This was exactly what I was looking for, actually more than I was looking for! I have some old K552s with blue switches that I absolutely adore, and since adding a separate workstation area to my house I wanted to get the same type of keyboard to pair with it.The newer K552s all come with mushy, quiet red switches which I hated and had to return. I had to get a keyboard with blue switches again. I know that the sound of them bothers some people but I really enjoy clacking away and knowing when a keystroke was recorded. This keyboard is almost identical to the old K552s for an amazing price. Except these also have the 10 key built in! What a deal.I’ll definitely be buying another one or two of these. Would give 6 stars if I could. If they’re anything like my old K552s in the durability department, they should last for 6+ years with normal use. So glad I found this keyboard!

This keyboard is phenomal looking and easy to use. My son loves it. Keep in mind it’s not a silent keyboard as it’s mechanical but that’s exactly what he was looking for!

This is the best keyboard I have ever used, I have had and tried a lot of keyboards and most have dissadisappointed me. This keyboard is well made very comfortable to use, looks and feels very good, the lights are even nice, it’s just a great keyboard for a really good price.

I had THREE keyboards fail in 30 days. The last one was the garbage Cooler Master gaming keyboard. That thing had NO onboard memory, so you HAD to use the software to get the lighting to work every time you plugged it in again. After loading the software you had to load a profile, just selecting one did nothing, to get the lighting options to work again.Contrast this with this wonderful-feeling keyboard which feels fantastic to type on. Just plug it in and the gaming keys (you know the ones) will automatically light up. I do wish I could customize the WASD more, as I HATE HATE HATE red lighting! Plus, while the WAS is red, the D is that “skin tone” color for some reason. So far not being able to change the color is my only complaint. Well, I generally hate black hardware and components generally as it makes it hard to see things. That’s why whites keyboards, mice, cases, motherboards, etc. cost way more.Unlike stupid Logitech and other popular (to be honest the most promoted rather) manufacturers, the keys are a medium large size, and are spaced out PERFECTLY. I used noise cancellation with my systems, so the sound of me typing isn’t a problem with playing with a squad in games. Think I prefer brown switches though TBHI love how the media and app keys, such as the calculator, require the function key to be pressed first, thus avoiding accidental presses. I’m a sloppy typist. ヽ(͡◕ ͜ʖ ͡◕)ﾉ The keyboard isn’t nearly as wide as nearly every keyboard I’ve purchase in the last 5 years, but it’s perfect for a full size keyboard.

Bought this keyboard for my office, as a replacement for a wireless, membrane based keyboard that was starting to show its age.The value of this keyboard is excellent. Based on the feel, it seems to be a true mechanical keyboard with switches, and not a simulated one using a membrane contact with a clicky mechanism. The feel is great and the pressure is just right to prevent most accidental touches to adjacent keys from inserting extra letters. Nice and clicky, maybe not the best for noise if you’re in an office with other people, but the feel is great and if you work in a private office like I do the noise won’t matter much. I had thought the RGB colors would be distracting, especially for an office, but actually they are fairly subdued and actually seem to help with positioning (I am a fast hunt-and-peck 3 finger typist, so this actually matters a lot to me).I have a much more expensive Razer mechanical gaming keyboard at home, and the main difference I see between them, other than cosmetic differences, is that the Razer keys seem like they have a hair trigger and require very little motion to produce keystrokes, while this keyboard is a bit stiffer and requires the keys to be depressed a little harder in order to produce a keystroke. So if you are relying on a hair trigger response for gaming, this maybe is not the best choice, although for a casual gamer like me it’s more than adequate. But for actually getting work done, the hair-trigger of the Razer keyboard makes it really hard not to make typos, and this keyboard is a lot better in that regard.One minor nitpick is that the font used to label the keys is a little odd, and the “6” really, really looks like a “G”, which can be a little off-putting at first. But that’s just a minor quibble.Final verdict: Definitely worth buying, unless you’re an absolutely elite hardcore gamer.

The keyboard feels solid and the blue switches sound AMAZING. The price is really good and it regularly goes on sale. Came well packaged and with the key removal tool. There’s also a booklet with shortcuts key instructions to change light modes. There’s plenty of modes to choose from.Overall super satisfied with the purchase!
