Compared to the old detectors from 12/2019, these now have a plastic grid instead of the metal one. The openings in the grid are larger, also there is more area to let smoke through. They react faster, even when pressing the test button. Back then I got 4 for the price of today, but what does not get more expensive. They work, I am satisfied. Thanks

Batteries not included. Trigger sometime with no reason. For a bedroom the LED light is annoying. To solve the problems, I disconnected the LED and the buzzer and left the security system take care of the alarms. GREAT ITEM FOR THE PRICE.
