Return for refund
Stopper in back doesn’t stay in place. It’s flimsy, and it’s inefficient.

Didn’t work
Doesn’t spin, unless I manually spin it. it sounds like it’s stuck. And then when I put one rag inside once it started working it stopped and didn’t turn back on

Spinning cycle was worse than terrible.
Tried my new washing machine for first time today. Washing and emptying great. The spin was terrible. The basket would not stay in and the top basket would not stay placed over the bottom basket. Spin cycle is what made me realize I made a bad purchase. I would definitely return it but I opened the delivery box and actually used the machine, otherwise I would definitely return and as for a refund. Do not recommend this product. You can wash clothes in your sink and ring them out by hand easier than mess around with the spinning cycle.

Wash cycle
Very cute & compact. Bought for mom to wash her delicates because arthritis in her hands has gotten so bad. Washes very well but spin cycle does not spin out enough water & basket insert keeps coming off.

Good for washing gym gear
Love that I can wash my gym gear in it. Drying is a far fetch for this machine. It spins but it isn’t tough enough to get the water out so I just ring my stuff out and hang dry it. Got the extra warranty just incase cause it is a bit on the flimsy side so silicone doesn’t hold up forever.

It works
Well it washes pretty good .. “drys” horribly the basket keeps flying off DOES NOT click on . The whole thing spins outta control even if you hold it down the basket will fly off . Little disappointed in that , hand expression is way better then dealing with that . But perfect if you have kids . Don’t regret buying this

It’s okay
So it works and it does exactly what I need it to do but I have a huge problem with the buttons.I have to press them really hard or try several times in order to get it to turn on but once it’s on it’s good. It rinses pretty good it has 1,5,and 10 minute buttons. So I use it mostly only for my cleaning towels and I do 2 cycles of the 10 and 1 of the 5. It said that it spins without the water but mine doesn’t but since it’s always just a small load not really a issue. Overall I like it and won’t return it but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Needs Improvement
I was excited to buy this mini washing machine to wash small hand wash garments but the first time I used it all four anti-slip pads at the bottom fell out. These pads are supposed to prevent the machine from shaking and moving. The machine is so small I can only wash 2 small garments and it was a bit time consuming having to manually refill the bucket with water for the rinse cycle. I tried using the drain hose to empty the water after the wash cycle but there isn’t a hook to keep it in the up position during the rinse cycle so the water spilled everywhere. I’ve seen other mini washers with a hook which keeps the drain hose in the upright position and a water inlet to fill the bucket with a hose that connects to a faucet which would eliminate these issues but this machine does not have either. The power button and time controls do not always start when you press them, you have to try a couple of times and the machine makes a loud squeaking noise when it is operating. After using the spin basket during the spin cycle, I couldn’t detach it from the machine so I couldn’t use it to wash anymore. This machine is cute and I like the foldable design but it is too expensive for the size and limited features it has in comparison to other mini washers available. For these reasons I returned it and I’m looking at a bigger mini washer with more features for the same price.

Works for intended purpose. Much room for improvement
My wife wanted this (for reasons I still can’t understand since we have a very nice washer and dryer), other than she said she liked the idea of being able to wash small loads of her undergarments separately (which she could do in our big washer, but…) So, we purchased this small washer. In short, it does work and does what it’s intended to do; it washes small amounts of lightweight clothes. She typically hand washes these types of items, so I’m not sure if this new little washer really saves much time or effort, because the entire process is manual, aside from the fact that it will agitate the clothes for you for up to 10 minutes at a time. Other than that, you have to manually fill it, add soap, wash (for as many 10 minutes as you wish), drain, rinse, and repeat. The washing action seems to work pretty well and the motor seems adequately powerful to accomplish this as it does circulate the clothes around quite well. That’s about it though. The ‘spin dry’ mode is worthless and I’m not sure why they even promote it as a feature. Even if you manage to get the (very small amount) of items balanced well enough for it to actually spin without throwing the whole thing around, it still lacks the power to actually remove any amount of water from the clothes. You would do much better to just hang wring them or put into the big washer on the spin only cycle. The collapsing design is nice and saves space when not in use. It also has a carry handle, which is handy, since you need to carry it to somewhere to fill it and then back to somewhere else where you can plug it in to wash, then possibly back to somewhere else where you can drain it.Other things to note. It comes with a (very, VERY cheap and flimsy) drain hose, which seems completely worthless because even if it was better quality, there is no way to have it attached to the washer and keep it capped during use. So, if you’re not right next to a sink, you’re out of luck because the drain plug closes the drain on the washer itself, so you’d have to remove it and than try to attach the hose while water it pouring out all over the place while you try to attach the hose; there is no internal mechanism that opens and closes the drain during the wash cycle. We just place the washer next to a sink and drain directly into it.Also, the unit came with no real instructions of any kind, aside from a single sheet that talks about how to spin dry clothes, which as I mentioned before is useless. The controls are labeled ‘1’, ’10’, ‘5’ and there is only a single button that controls everything, which is sometimes very difficult to operate. Sometimes it doesn’t respond at all, other times it does. It’s touch-sensitive and you have to press and hold for 3 seconds before getting any feedback that it’s working. Once it does turn on, you then have to press the button to select which mode you want (it defaults to ‘5’). The ‘5’ and ’10’ settings seem pretty obvious, but the ‘1’ setting makes no sense and seems like it should be labeled as ‘Spin’, as that’s what it seems to do; it spins the motor in one direction only and for much longer than 1 minute. The other two settings operate the motor in both directions, which agitates the cloths quite well. One other note is that the blue LEDs that light up in the bottom of the washer stay lit the entire time that the unit is plugged in, whether or not it’s in use.Only other thing to mention is that the motor makes a very high-pitched sound when operating, which is annoying and somewhat like hearing a cat fight going on in the distance that lasts 5 to 10 minutes, depending upon your selected wash cycle.Overall my wife seems to like it. We will see how long it lasts or how long she keeps using it before going back to hand washing or using the big washer. I’m also glad it wasn’t terribly expensive; we paid $47 but some are selling this same thing for $80+, which I don’t understand.
