My feedback dissapointment is for device. I am not sure about other buyers problems but mine is not 100% lock.
If I rotate the handel to open in clockwise direction it opens even it be in lock condition, Counter clock direction it locks as expected but rotating CC it can be opened

I have received the product and installed it successfully, but it cannot connect to Tuya. Even after trying to add it several times, it is unsuccessful. Meanwhile, other smart locks I have can connect instantly. Therefore, I’m not sure if the product I ordered from you supports the Tuya app connection. If it does, could you please provide instructions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

By God, I have a knee, but I have a defect to suffer as a network on the mobile application name Tuya Smart either if the remaining network is easy to recommend it strongly❤

I received this lock and it quickly developed a fault, where a damaged fingerprint sensor cable caused it to burn out and drain the batteries quickly. After contacting the seller, I received a new lock and I can praise the seller’s professionalism and willingness to cooperate. they deserve a good grade
