I tend to be a little obsessive in organizing things for home, work, and play. Labeling things is a natural extension of that trait. Since everything is constantly changing permeant labels were never on the table for me. As a result, “sticky notes” (mainly paper but some electronic) were all over my kitchen, workspace, garage, etc.. When I saw this label maker it looked like a better option for my needs. Its initial set up took less than 5 minutes and had me printing basic labels with my phone app and with just the device alone. However, becoming an expert in all of its functionality will take a while. They provide you with a beautifully written start up guide which will quickly have you printing labels. But just as important they also provide you with a 13 page (for English) professionally written instruction manual to help guide you the tons of other functionality it has. You receive one roll of labels (white) but as soon as I saw how easy it was to use, I immediately ordered a role of the transparent labels which I prefer. It also has magnets on the back side of the label maker case so it can easily attach (and stay ready for hand use) to anything metal. Given the price, if you like to organize (and label) things you cannot afford to be without a label maker like this.

I use labels all the time on my small items on display. This label maker makes it easy to take with you to events. Rechargeable and easy to maintain. I like the most used words storage library and you can just search up and use over and over. Print quality is fair to good . Ink has not run out yet but it gets lighter as it does. I think this is money well spent and I use it quite a bit for small jobs.

The Makeid Label Maker machine comes with a roll of tape, however, you will need to purchase more tape and it is expensive. The label maker is a very good one and prints fast. It’s portable, especially compared to the larger one I have that comes with it’s on large and bulky case. It works with an app that you must download. I think, giving it a few and carefully following instructions will make it a seamless setup. It does have a memory for certain words that are used often to be preset and ready to use when needed. The fact that it is compact and easy to toss in you purse and go. Great for my business of organizing.

This works out great. Found the app is be decent, and very simple. This printer is more for time based labeling, so if something is set to expire, or if you would like to label the date the item was purchased, this is pretty good for that. I found their makeid app to be one of the best printer apps I’ve seen so far, and I greatly appreciate how so it is to use the device without a printer (although it’s still required to create new labels). The target audience by default appears to be anyone who’s heavy into cooking, but the custom button allows you to do more besides kitchen needs. Would recommend.

Easy to use label machine not only for the kitchen! The auto label alignment feature eased my worry of crooked print. Works great so far (just received it one hour ago)!Added: the app makes it possible to create cute labels in multiple languages.

The MakeId label maker has some flexible templating options that make it great for kitchen use. The back is magnetic so I have mine stuck right to the refrigerator for easy access.I mainly bought this to keep track of when perishable items in the fridge were purchased and their expected expiration date. I set up 2 custom templates that are based on date, but with different labels. This makes it super easy to quickly print labels for the current day without any need to type on the device itself.The mobile app is not bad, it isn’t perfect but it works. Altogether I’m happy with this little label printer and it serves its purpose well.
