It’s amazing what a good manufacturer can offer, even when we would think 100 bucks can’t buy quality. Yes it can. It all depends on who is making it. It’s a great addition for my personal Mac 14″ M1, and my work Dell Precision 5570 laptops. Screens are easy to adjust from the laptop’s settings, both recognize the InnOview instantly, and the InnOview menu also offers some more adjustment to play with. I use it with one single USB-C cable, “Thunderbolt”, which provides power and video coming from the laptop connected to. No need to use the included power supply brick, in my case. If your computer does not have a USB-C video and power capable, keep the brick, you will need it. First day in use, all day, great experience. I am counting on, it will last.

I bought this INVPM406 for my wife to use as a second monitor for her MacBook Pro, 16-inch, 32GB, 2.3GHz Intel Core i9, with AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4GB, and Big Sur (11.7.3). Currently, I have a USB-C to HDMI adapter plugged into the USB-C port on the MacBook, and an HDMI to Mini HDMI cable connected between the adapter and the mini HDMI port on the INVPM406.I went through the INVPM406’s menu and configured it so it displays colors almost identically to how they’re displayed on my wife’s Mac, and the two settings that helped most in accomplishing that goal were setting ECO to “Game” and Tone to “57”. Perhaps there are other, better ways of accomplishing the goal, but that worked for me.One mistake I made early in the process was that I think I must have pressed the INVPM406’s power button or menu button, or both, too long or maybe together (I don’t remember which), and somehow I got the it into factory mode. In factory mode, I discovered that you can use the INVPM406 pretty much as you normally would, and you can still make a lot of different display adjustments through the factory mode menu, but you can also do other things, such as enable burn-in operation, and other things that would typically only be done in the factory as part of the manufacturing and testing process.I wanted to get the INVPM406 out of factory mode because I couldn’t get the display to look the way I wanted in that mode, and I didn’t want to waste a lot of time trying to figure out how to do so by trial and error, so I contacted InnoView using the e-mail address on page one of the INVPM406 user manual. I got an E-mail from Ethan within 24 hours, which is much quicker than I expected, and he included a brief procedure on how to exit factory mode, which I tried and it worked perfectly on the first try.BTW, I also connected the INVPM406 to my Samsung Galaxy S8+, and it looked fantastic.I really like this monitor, and the price and customer service are amazing.

A friend of mine has one she brought it to a work event. Her husband is super picky on electronics so I knew it would work for me and be a good one. I have a 17.3 HP Envy that I am very happy with, had I known I could get one of these I would have gone to a 15.6. This extra monitor is very portable. It arrived on a Monday and I took it to a 3 week work trip out of state. Worked great, we set it up before hand just in case. A huge help when I was trying to take notes or copy something over to have an extra screen. LOVE IT!!!!!! got it with a great coupon so super affordable. My laptop bag has a back pocked and this fit in there perfectly very secure even without being able to zipper it close.

I needed a second monitor for a project, so I ordered this one just a couple of days before I needed it. It came on time and with very little effort, I was up and running with dual monitors on my Surface Pro. It is easy to set up and works right out of the box. I had no problems getting it to be recognized and the brightness and clarity work well, especially considering the price.I have used it several times now and am impressed with the quality and convenience of having an extra screen without a bunch of extra cords. It folds up almost as compact as the Surface and fits well in my laptop backpack.

I bought this monitor to use at my summer house. The quality is excellent. It is easy to set up and adjust the picture quality to fit my needs. It is light and compact and very reasonably priced for the quality provided.
