Purchased it after my 3 years old son open the deadbolt and scape the house. First time he did it after I installed the alarm, it went off loud. Notified my wife and I plus scared the hell out of him.

A great choice for the price. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I enjoy the remote and being able to use all the different settings for volume and tones.

I wish could adjust the volume because it is really loud but I dolove this set for 4 reasons:1. Loud enough to make a thief run.2. Has a doorbell alarm; alerting you when someone comes in and when someone goes out.3. Has a stylish remote for keychain.4. Can stick anywhere on door

It seems to work well and it is compact.However I want to use just one of the two remotes that it comes with on both alarms and program the second remote to work both alarms,also.A (spare remote) there is no information on Hedum’s website or info booklet,in how to do this.Since there are two setups in my order,I figured that they were lnked but they are not and there is no info on how to do it.DUH ! There is info on adding remotes to the system but I could not find as others,also of using one remote on the two (hosts) ALARMS,so if both alarms (hosts) are being used at the same premises you have to carry both remotes,that should not be the case.Simplify your set-up,please ! Very easy installations !! Very loud alarm ! Very good quality ! Doorbell chime is cool ! I didn’t know it was a feature until I installed. I just installed so the batteries !? We will see. Looking forward to some piece of mind when I go to sleep ! Syncing of remotes wasn’t too hard but YouTube will help you.

Triple AAA batteries are used in unit not weird LR44. However that is what remote uses. Have not accessed remote batteries. This is a loud alarm which is useful. You cannot adjust volume.So if you have babies and you need to disarm alarm it is loud to disarm. I have no babies to worry about.See pictures for mounting help. My door FRAME is rounded molding. Attach the function unit on the flat door and the the small receiving unit on the rounded frame.I gave three stars because one unit continually flashes even when disarmed. The batteries drain within a week. I couldn’t find any contact info for the company so I am stuck with this defective unit. The other one is fine.I like the remote function. I can arm and disarm without having to reach high every time. But quality is lacking.You will see in pic that I have placed a magnet under the door unit. This door gets slammed a lot and adhesion was a problem until I added this magnet support.I have changed my review after Hendun reached out to me saying my unit was still under warranty. Very happy about that. They have solved my issue. Thank you Hendun.

I’ve had this product about 2 months now. Easy to put up and seriously so loud! There are two different alarms to choose from and it comes with a remote.

This product is superior to others for the fact that it has a ALARM & A CHIME NOISE THST ISNT SUPER LOUD AS I ISE IT FOR WHEN MY DOOR IS OPENED EVERYTIME I KNOW …. GREAT FOR BUIDNESS OWNERS TOO AND IT COMES WITH A REMOTE FOR EACH ONE AND YOU CAN SWITCH IT FROM CHIME TO ALARM LETSCSAY WHEN YOU CLOSE BUISNESS WICH IS LOUD AND SCARE AWAY INTRUDERS WITH LIUD SIRENS GOING …. I tried out a few different options for a DIY home alarm system and these were the ones that absolutely fit the bill. I started out with a pair of them to test out and ended up buying 3 more sets. Why?1) Extremely easy to set up. There is a little give in the space needed between the magnets and the actual alarm, so if your windows/ doors and frames aren’t flush, no problem 2) Range! I can arm and disarm the units in my basement from my second floor. I was very surprised and happy about this! 3) Compatibility of components- I had to watch a Youtube video to learn how to do this, but it turns out, you can pair every single transmitter to work with ALL the alarms, and ALL transmitters can be paired to activate every single alarm. 4) Abundance of key fob transmitters. Every alarm comes with a transmitter so everyone in the family can have one that works the same as the next 5) Panic button: because I can activate the alarms from such a long distance, I use one of the transmitters as a panic button in my bedroom. If I hit the “lightning bolt” button, I can get ALL the alarms in the entire house to go off together. If that doesn’t scare the $%#t out of an intruder, then nothing will. 6) Doorbell function: you can set the alarms to give off a double ring, just to alert you when someone opens a door or window. It’s pretty loud, but would be good if you’re outside or in the basement and want an alert of this kind. 7) Cost: I paid a lot more more for a lot less when I first started testing out different components for my home security. I returned the others after I saw what this system could do. 8) Power: I like that they run on batteries, so if power gets cut, they will still work.Cons? No internet alerts when your system gets set off. This is a real time, intruder focused system, not a monitoring system (so no monthly fees- another pro). To address this, I also bought a couple of Reolink security cameras to provide eyes into my home. They alert me if motion is detected inside the house. Because it has 2-way audio, I should be hearing a hell of a racket if someone actually gets in. Anyway, I am very happy with the synergy between these two systems.
