I want to start off by saying I bought this water pik well over a year ago, almost 2 years. I’ve used it every day since. My husband had bought me a Waterpik® shortly after I got this one, thinking I’d like it more, and I used the waterpik® close to never. A few days ago I charged my H2o floss water pik and the battery stopped working, but the light would still go on, so I figured I’d send a message to the seller asking if there was anything I should or could do to make this work again. I am very obsessive about flossing, water pik and brushing, I really needed a dependable water pik. They replied to me almost instantly and gave me the unfortunate news that the battery had died. And I was not under the 1 year warranty but they presented me with an offer if I’d like to replace it with a new one. I accepted and had a new one 3 days later. I can’t tell you how happy this made me, and being a customer service instructor, the way this was handled was so perfect, I will use this case as discussion in my classes.In conclusion, this product is amazing. There are 5 different speeds, it comes with a reservoir for water that holds more than enough water, comes with 5 different attachment picks, a charger brick with cord(charge is good for a week or more) , and a travel case, which is very nice. It travels nicely in my suitcase, I couldn’t be happier with the product as well as their stellar customer service. I recommend this item 1000% and they have made me a happy camper/customer. Thank you!

I bought this for my vocation trip since it is much smaller than the WaterPik. I used the tip with the smallest hole. The water flow is surprisingly strong when turned at the highest level, no worse than the WaterPik. I do compared the tips with those from WaterPik: the other two tips both have holes bigger than the WaterPik tips. I also have a Panasonic portable one from years ago. This one is much better!

This unit nailed it! Cleanability (you can take it apart), portability (comes with a travel case, and as I mentioned, you can take it apart), adjustability (several different speeds that you can set BEFORE you turn it on and blast a hole in your cheek), and chargeability (actually holds a charge for weeks, which goes back to portability). And it’s a lot cheaper than the brands in the drugstore. I’m so glad I dropped my old Oral B, couldn’t get the broken glass part out, and had to throw it away. There is no comparison.

Does exactly what it says it supposed to do. We’ve had no problems. Water flow is a little strong would recommend putting it in your mouth before turning it on. Battery lasts a good while before needing to be recharged. We love all the different replacement heads our teeth feel so good after each use.

I paid $65 about ten years ago for my authentic Water Pick.I remember the price because it was so much!I can honestly say this unit at about $17 or so, is in my opinion just as good as my Water Pick.Just as powerful jet force.Not sure how many years the battery will last but time will tell.Great product very pleased.

It’s my first time using a water flosser so it’s taking a little time to get used to it but so far, it seems to be working great. I hope to improve my technique over time. I really like that it’s cordless and self contained (no water tanks, cords or tubes). The water reservoir is a good size; I’m generally using it all up in a session. The water reservoir has 2 ways to fill it. I like to remove the reservoir and fill it from the top. The travel bag is nice as well.Overall, I’m very pleased.

This is the second water flosser I have purchased. Although this one is slightly less expensive, it performs better than the previous one. I am very pleased with the bag and all the accessories it came with. Since I share this with my boyfriend, the additional tips are essential. He has sensitive teeth and gums, so the lowest setting is ideal for him. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, it effectively cleaned the extraction site and left my teeth feeling clean. The size is perfect for my hands. The first one I received cracked unexpectedly, but the customer service was courteous and promptly sent me a replacement. It does not leak and is easy to clean because the base is detachable.
