Tips for installation:
1. It is recommended to be installed in bedrooms, corridors, basements, cars and living areas.
2. Since carbon monoxide is lighter than air, the detector should be installed 0.3-1 meter below the ceiling.
3. Do not install in places with large water vapor flow such as exhaust fans, doors, windows, and bathrooms.
4. Do not install in places with heavy smoke.
5. Do not install in places where the relative humidity is greater than 95%.
6. Do not install in places with high dust, water mist and oil mist pollution.
7. Do not install in places with high wind speed (greater than 5m/s).
The 3-color LED indicator clearly informs you of the device’s operating status:
- Green LED indicates normal operation
- Red LED Indicates Smoke Alarm
- Blue LED Indicates Carbon Monoxide Alarm

Love the sleek, compact and modern design. This combo CO2 and smoke detector is a great value. Comparable units cost double the price. All you need is batteries, a screwdriver or drill to install and its ready to go. I will definitely buy more to install all around my house. I would highly recommend this detector.

There’s a learning curve as I couldn’t get it to stop beeping every few minuted and an incorrect high CO2 reading, even outside for 2 hours. But, once I got it working, I’m loving it.

This is a very nice combination detector. We have had smoke detectors for years and put off buying multi-purpose ones way too long. This one was smaller than expected because technology has improved I assumed, but I wanted to test it anyway.Test – After installing the 3 AA batteries (Not included) the unit indicated 52 ppm CO in a “normal room”. Then following the simple setup instructions I took it into the closed garage and started the car. No, I do not have a death wish. I watched the display and it immediately started to rise and in about 20 seconds it had risen to 140 ppm and the alarm went off. This was just about the time I started to smell the CO. So YAY, the thing works and I feel more confident. It was easy to mount on the ceiling using the included screws and plastic anchors. However, after mounting it on the ceiling I read further down on the amazon ad and it said “Because carbon Monoxide is lighter than air it is more effective to mount it .3 to 1 meter (1 to 3 ft.) below the ceiling”. A little research indicated that although it is ok to mount these on the ceiling it is actually, for the carbon monoxide component, somewhat better to mount these below ceiling level. Rats, back to the drawing board. So since you can not read the display or push the reset button while on the ceiling it was relocated on the wall. It looks really good there, right above the stairs, kind of high techie, and you can glance at the ppm level on the way to bed. So this is a nice little unit at an attractive price. It was tested, it works and worthy of a 5 star rating. Now, if you will excuse me, I have to go check my ppm.

Works great and east to use. Alarm could be louder but is loud enough to here. Super easy to install batteries, just twist off the mounting plate and install. FYI I bought this for my airplane to detect CO.

The media could not be loaded. Smoke alarms are worth having in every home for the safety of your family and pets.We bought this to replace our old one and are glad we bought two sets. We installed them right away, put in fresh batteries and they are ready to go. Installation was very easy indeed. So glad we found this product!

batteries are super easy to place not too sensitive as detectors we’ve had in the past the performance overall is five stars as far as installation another five stars the appearance goes with your average smoke detector style so it fits our decor I guess you could say and the quality is amazing for the price

It’s perfect for home security, works perfectly when smoke is detected and it also has a 2 in 1 function so you don’t need to install two separate detectors in your home and it’s easy to set up, easy to install, very compact in size, and looks much more solid when installed. Worth recommending to family and friends.

Its a nice little thing but it doesn’t seem to work as indicated. It says the green light should flash every 35 seconds or so. Maybe I will try new batteries. It goes 2 minutes or more between flashes.
