After buying my first Macbook air M1 I was immediately concerned about it becoming scratched. After doing some research I decided to purchase a skin cover for it. They were slightly expensive which I still would have got but my main concern was the amount of time it would take to get to me. So I went to Amazon and first thing is most choices were 50% cheaper than other online sites. I spent 2 days going over and over reviews and debating on which one to get since most came with a bunch of ” extras. ” I finally made my decision on the black gator case. I’ll point out that the same one I was looking at from a different website was $54 for the case alone and not including shipping.My case came the same day it was ordered and I’m so HAPPY with my decision. The look is absolutely beautiful. A few points I’ll make that others pointed out in their review:I have the gold Macbook Air with the M1 chip and finger print sensor. The fit of the case is perfect.It was very easy to put on. It wasn’t too tight to where i was worried about scratching it but not loose to where i think contents will get in-between and scratch it either. Literally the fit is 100% perfect.The bottom has vents with 4 rubbery feet to allow the vents to breath and it doesn’t slide off my little bed table. The apple is cutout and the gator skin has texture. The keyboard cover fit is perfect. It’s matte texture keeps it in place and it’s so extremely thin it’s not noticeable it’s even there.So that’s my review. This is a 5 star case. I don’t have a single complaint about it. It makes my MacBook look beautiful.

Love it. Perfect fit. happily surprised to get the keyboard silicone cover. I didn’t want the Apple logo cutout, but ok with the look. The bottom tray has a soft textured finish, it feels much much better than a normal hard plastic finish! Overall, very pleased with the order!

The media could not be loaded. I have an older (2015) MacBook Pro 13” and have been searching for a new case. (FYI I’ve had my old one since I bought my MacBook 😳so it’s definitely time lol).After TONES of searching I decided on this brand. Purchased the blue faux alligator one. Love the look and especially the logo cut-out (it’s a ‘thing’ for me to have that I have no clue why). Went on with ease (see video) with no issues. Smooth soft ‘grip’ bottom. Very nice product and well worth the money.Some reviews say that the bottom piece doesn’t go as far back as they would like it to for protection, however, upon taking a look at my old case and the new one, if it did go further back (on the bottom backside), you wouldn’t be able to open your MacBook screen all the way as it would hit that ‘extra’ back part.My suggestion is to get a good carrying case (Thuly makes a really good one) and protect your computer further 😊

I purchased the “Premium Leather Hard Shell” for a new Macbook 13 M1. I was a little hesitant about the “leather” top cover. Was it soft? Was it hard with just bumps on it to look like leather? Well, it is soft, looks like real leather, is nice and tight on the hard shell, and feels great. Rarely, do I post picture of items.Pros:Looks like real leather. (See picture)Feels like real leather.Clips on tight to top and bottom.Bottom is vented. (See picture)Bottom is matte with a rubberized feel.The bezel is about 1/8 of an inch on top and 1/16th on bottom. The area where the clips are adds about an extra 16th.The covers clip on tight.The fit was perfect for my model of Mac.Cut-out for the Apple on cover looks great.The overall look is very nice, professional, and deceptively expensive.A great way to prevent scratches and scuffs to laptop surface.You can go without the bottom cover and the look will be fine.Cons:I don’t see this helping a great deal with drops. It will give you protection against banging it on something and denting the corners.The top will offer greater protection from drops than the bottom, given the cushion effect of the “leather”.If you do drop this. the bottom will must likely crack or break. I don’t view this as a real issue given it should be treated like a glass screen protector. Better the case crack than the body of the Mac.Overall, I feel this was a great purchase for the price. I can’t speak for other versions of the cover, but the leather model is very nice.
