The Easel/storage box is as advertised. The paints are surprisingly impressive and opaque (though small) for technically coming for free with the easel. I guess we’ve come a long way from how gross cheap paints used to be when I was a kid. The bruses were not that amazing, so I didn’t use them. It also comes with some smallish canvas boards. Way worth it though if you can score a deal on it like I did. Found it for 23.00. The brushes I was going to buy alone were 18.00, and I figured even if I couldn’t use anything that came with this I was still getting a good deal for the easel. Turns out I still need new brushes, but still got a good deal. I can get brushes whenever.

I love the storage box, all my paint and brushes fit in here nicely. And it is solid, it didn’t wobble while I was painting. I’m very happy with it!

I bought this for my nine-year-old grandson for his birthday. He loves it. It has storage area for paints, pencils and pad of paper. It is easy to open, and can be set in different positions for painting. Made of light wood with handle for portability. It’s a great value for the money.

It is quite nice looking and well made perfect for what I wanted it for Except the InsideThe inside dividers are not enough to keep things flying around inside, like pencils, when the lid is closed unless you have a plan to modify the inside of the box like I did.If you do not mind thinks rattling inside when you close the box no problem. You could modify it with foam etc. I had to modify inserts so my various penciles remained in place while carrying around. The good news is it will hold a sketch pad perfectly. I took the adjuster out for canvas pitchers not need at this Time

i bought this for my dad for christmas! he has been making art and going to classes since before i was alive and his tools haven’t changed at all in that time. he’s getting older and i want him to be able to make art comfortably, so i felt like a desktop easel was the perfect way to reduce the strain of sitting at a stool or bending over a sketch board/book. i loved that this easel also has storage long enough for brushes and spacious enough for many tubes of paint or drawing essentials. honestly, it has enough space for both! it is pretty sturdy and holds up to minor pressure well due to manual bolts and rubber feet on the bottom to prevent sliding. there is a tiny amount of assembly required, no tools needed. the wood isn’t the best quality (some of the edges are a little sharp), but i can’t complain for the price. especially since he has always used cigar boxes for his tools! he loved it and can’t wait to take it with him especially when he travels.

I am helping a person with tunnel vision and I realized that she cannot see what is on the table. So, I bought this art desk to see if that would help her. With the adjuster I am able to angle it just the way she needs and now she can see what she is working on! The box is well constructed and has a good finish. No splinters or rough edges. I like the flat bottom so she can use it either on a table or directly on her lap when in her recliner. Much better than an easel. And it is very easy to carry around and to store.
