I have had electric tea kettles in the past. This kettle is much larger. I like that it’s glass and you can see when the water is about to boil.

This boils one liter of water sonfast (about 3 min) that if i do anything else vesides grinding the coffee for my drink, it will beat me to it, but not to worry, once ‘green’ it wil keep the water ppiping hot until you use it. Get this one!

I had another kettle and they are good for boiling water. But I got this because we like to drink tea and having the tea infuser in there and let it steep and boil in one step. Only negitive is you can’t set temp. Only one setting and that is boil. Which works for most teas.

I fell in love with my mom’s electric kettle. Currently living about 50% in my camper, this was a game changer! Morning coffee is a must, and a tea kettle on a propane stove just takes too long. Definitely would recommend this for fast water boiling AND for teas and herb infused water!

Love it. I especially love the wide opening for cleaning. I’m using water from a filtered pitcher that I keep in the fridge and this kettle comes to a rolling boil so fast! I do wish it had a keep warm feature but seriously it is so fast I’ve just been turning it back on for a few seconds to reheat. Hopefully I’m not shortening it’s life span by doing that. My only complaint is it’s a bit heavy but maybe I’m just a weakling.

Easy to use. The kettle warms up quick! I would say 5 minutes. After it boils, the light turns off. Heated up lots of cups quickly. Good buy.
