Payment methods accepted: Visa or MasterCard and PayPal.

Immediate payment is required.

A case will be opened for any items not paid within two days.

Shipping

Shipping Policy:
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx.

Items that are under 16oz are shipped using First-Class Mail
(Standard).

Items that are 1 LB or more are eligible for USPS (Priority) or
Fed Ex (Ground/Home delivery) and will be chosen at our
discretion, unless we are notified by the buyer PRIOR to shipping
the item. Additional costs may apply.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
By default, combined shipments or ANY order heavier than 70LBS
will be sent out using MOTOR FREIGHT / Default freight company
chosen by us unless a freight company is provided by the BUYER. We
will advise ALL customer before using freight as we understand
that freight can cause delay in shipments. Please be aware that
refusing to use freight for heavy shipments can cause damage to
the items. We believe freight is the safest and will protect your
item as it is in transit to you. If you insist or for any other
reason would not like the item shipped by Freight, please contact
us or respond to our inquiry so that we can accommodate your
request.

Returns

30 Day Returns – Item can be returned within 30 days after it has
been delivered, no questions asked. However, we only honor returns
for items marked as RETURNS ACCEPTED in the listing description.
Items sold AS-IS are sold without any returns, warranties, or
guarantees.

90 Day Warranty – After 30 days, we will replace any components
that fail in the next 60 days. In the event a replacement part is
not suitable, we will work with you to find an acceptable
solution.

Item not as described / Defective / Nonworking – As with all used
or refurbished items, there may be issues in regards to the item,
even when we have gone above and beyond in testing and reviewing
all possible issues. We only ask that you inform us of the issue
first so that we may have the opportunity to fix it. We strive for
5-star DSR ratings and Positive Feedback, so you can be confident
that we will ALWAYS do our best to ensure your concern or issue is
handled promptly to your satisfaction. We accept ALL returns for
items that are not as described, defective, and non-working. We
ask all of our customers to please be clear and concise with ALL
reasons for returning the item so that we may better understand
any underlying problems to prevent them from reoccurring in the
future.

Did not like the item / Changed mind / Ordered by mistake – We
accept ALL returns based off the fact that the buyer did not like
the item, changed their mind, or ordered by mistake. We ask all of
our customers to please be clear and concise with ALL reasons for
returning the item. A 15% Restocking Fee WILL be charged.
