I purchased this for our newer doberman but used our full-sized pup to do a test run. The stand is even a little taller than his bowl he uses all day everyday. It comes with suction cups that you just have to wipe and use on a flat surface and it is slightly wobbly, but I am only using it for food twice a day so it will do the job!

I really like this elevated dog feeder. It is neat and takes up minimal space. It raises the bowl high enough for giant breeds to eat comfortably. I like the choice of feet (round nylon or suction cup for enthusiastic eaters). This is a well thought out design at a good price. Best of all my dog really liked it.
