I have tons (literally) of photos, videos and other minutia on my Samsung Galaxy and iPod, I don’t want to lose any of my memories or have to delete them just to make room for an update. I know I can transfer them to my home computer, but I also don’t want all of that taking up space on my hard drive either So I bought this gadget. It comes with another adapter for C plug type of phone. It’s so easy to transfer in from my phone/iPod and super easy to use on my computer. So far so good. I’m happy with this purchase. FYI, it shows the transfer status while in process (cool).

My wife was constantly running out of memory on her phone and the Cloud due to the multitude of photos that she takes. Periodically, I would have to transfer all her pics from her android phone to the PC which was a slow process. Then, she would have to log into the PC to see the pics. Recently she got an iPhone. You cannot easily transfer pics from an iPhone to a Windows PC without using I-tunes etc.; so she asked me to get her a memory stick that she could download her pics onto and then could easily access them anywhere and at anytime that she wanted. I got her the AUAMOZ 256GB iPhone Photo stick. It has ports to connect with iPhone, iPad, Android and USB and has more storage than she should ever need. It arrived yesterday. I plugged it into her phone and a message popped up to install an a related app. I opened the app and transferred a few pictures to test it out. It is very simple to use. I think she (and I) will be very glad that we purchased this item.

This product in itsself it a great idea. It supports Apple’s lightning, USB-A, Micro-USB, and USB-C (with the use of a USB-A to USB-C adapter- or just use the included one). Sadly it does NOT support Apple’s files app. This means that you either have to use the “Y-Disk” app (included in directions) or use a USB-A to lightning adapter. This is one of the few flash drives that does not “require too much power” for the latter option. It also doesnt fit very well in cases. This being said, I like how much storage space it gives. You can buy any of the iPads or iPhones with the lowest storage space and have this to increase your size.I have found out that it is possible to add even more to this drive, if the size you purchased is not enough. To do so, you would want to locate the small notch on one of the sides. It is on the side with the USB-A/micro-USB ports. Insert a pen or a screwdriver into the notch, and while doing so push down on the USB-A/Micro-USB side. Keep pulling it out untill the metal frame is separated from the plastic casing. There is a small bit of plastic casing on the side opposite the switch. You should be able to take this off with your fingers. From here, you can replace the included Micro-SD card with one of a larger size. Repeat the previous steps in reverse to put it back together.

Most impressive, there are three built in connectors available for all of your devices and an adapter for a 4th. The flash drive requires use of their proprietary app which is not terribly intuitive but quite easy to use once you play with it for a while. It quite simply allows you to transfer data to and from whichever device you want or just store it on the flash drive itself. This is extremely valuable for photographers. I’ve been using this product for over a month and I found it to be quite sturdy and incredibly handy.
