Real Capacity – No Fake Capacity Expansion
The actual available capacity of the small usb flash memory drive is a little smaller than we listed, because of different calculations between the computer and manufacturer:
- Computer: 1MB=1024KB, 1GB=1024MB
- Manufacturer: 1MB=1000KB, 1GB=1000MB
And a reserved space is drawn for the stability of the main control and the life of the flash memory.
Actual capacity of:
- 128MB: approximately 106-121MB.
- 256MB: approximately 240-250MB.
- 512MB: approximately 480-505MB.
- 1GB: approximately 950-970MB.
- 2GB: approximately 1.7-1.8GB.
- 4GB: approximately 3.5-3.7GB.
- 8GB: approximately 7.3-7.6GB.
- 16GB: approximately 14GB-15GB.
- 32GB: approximately 29GB-30GB.
- 64GB: approximately 58GB-60GB.
Tips:
- Do not pull out the USB flash drive while reading or saving data. The interruption may damage the data or damage the USB flash drive.
- Don’t operate the files in the USB flash directly. It would better first copy the files to computer to operate and then copy back to USB flash after operation.
- To extend USB flash’s life span, it would better to plug the USB flash drive down after operation asap.
- Before removing the USB, please delete the symbol on the bottom right of the PC screen to avoid missing files in the dish.
- Please do not format the USB frequently for it may damage the USB flash.

Units came in fast. Only problem is the flash drives were not marked & tag individually. Only the bag was marked. Not the 100 units . Easy to mix up since the 512Mb & 128MB all look identical.
